What are your shipping fees?

All orders receive FREE shipping over $99. If your order is below $99 then we charge a $10 flat rate shipping fee.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped the next business day by courier (assuming we receive your order by 9pm). If we receive your order after 10pm, it will be shipped on the 2nd day post order.

Example 1:
Order Received = Monday (before 9pm)
Order Shipped = Tuesday

Example 2:
Order Received = Monday (after 9pm)
Order Shipped = Wednesday

When will my delivery be received?

How is my order shipped?

Orders will be shipped via Star Track Express courier straight to your door. You will need somebody to be present to sign and accept the delivery. If you are not able to accept the delivery, please provide special instructions on the checkout page.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Unfortunately we only ship domestically within Australia at this stage.

Do you ship to PO BOX addresses?

Unfortunately our courier company does not allow shipping to PO BOX addresses. Please provide a residential or business address only.

ORDERS

How do I know my order has been received successfully?

We will send you an acknowledgement email on successful completion of an order on the site. This email will detail the order that you have placed and will give you an order reference number. We would advise you to keep this email safely as you will need your order reference number for any further queries which you may have. Failure to provide us with an order reference number on request will result in a delay with your enquiry. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched to you we will send you a confirmation email.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email?

Please contact us if you do not receive an acknowledgement email and we will make sure it is not a problem with our system. Acknowledgement emails are generated and sent automatically once an order has been successfully completed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam or junk mail folders to make sure they have not gone directly to this location. You may also need to ensure that all of the details entered are correct, please pay particular attention to your payment card details, email address and delivery addresses.

The product I ordered was out of stock. Why did you let me purchase it?

All items are subject to availability by our manufacturers. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in despatch. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and will offer to substitute the item for another item of similar style/colour/ size or we will offer a refund.

How long will it take to process my order?

Simply login to “My Account” using the button on the top of the screen. Enter your email address and password to access and view your order information.

I've lost my order invoice. Can I get another copy?

Please send us an email from the contact page with your full name, contact email, purchased product information and delivery address so that we can find and provide your invoice.

Do you offer wholesale discounts for bulk orders?

Yes indeed! You can receive discounts when you purchase 5x products or more. The more you buy, the more you save! Please visit out wholesale page for more information. We offer wholesale discounts to clinics, medical practices, industry professionals and organisations for bulk orders and ongoing requirements.

Do you accept refunds & exchanges?

How do I initiate a refund or exchange?

Simply send us an email via the contact page with your name, address, phone number, order #, item(s) and quantity and the reasons for the return. We will then respond within 48 hours and provide instructions to commence the process.

What payment methods do you accept?
